Dr Thalita Vergilio is a Senior Engineer at CreateFuture, with a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering where she investigated technology-agnostic architectures for real-time stream processing in multi-cloud environments. With over 15 years of experience spanning consultancy, academia, and software engineering, Thalita specialises in AI-driven solutions, scalable architectures, and stream processing.

At CreateFuture, Thalita is at the forefront of their AI enablement journey, working to integrate AI technologies into innovative and practical engineering solutions. She is deeply passionate about the intersection of data science and engineering, exploring how AI can be responsibly harnessed to transform processes, systems, and decision-making in real-world contexts.

When she's not designing cutting-edge systems, Thalita can often be found practicing Olympic weightlifting, looking after her many pets (including a particularly bossy parrot), or dreaming up her next ambitious project.
